Stuff was okay. Place was very crowded so not much time for customer care maybe. French Fries were very salted and soft. Cesars salad Was super fresh. But Overall experience was just okay

A great place for locals and tourists to have some good seafood and maybe some drinks. Located in Pier 39. I liked the salt and pepper shakers made out of mini Corona bottles. Then take a walk to see all the sights on the Pier to burn off those calories.

Great atmosphere and awesome service. I am a return customer. And very happy to be. Great for a fun time lunch with family or friends. Surfboards made in to tables and corona beer salt and pepper shakers. 👍👍👍

Their burgers are very good and reasonably priced. Environment can be very crowded though. Their milkshakes are great as well.The staff was very friendly, i would definitely recommend eating here!

The food looks so much better than it tastes. I was so disappointed because I had been really looking forward to it. We felt very rushed, and the food came out so quickly it made us question how fresh it was. Their Instagram sets the bar very high, but the product just doesn't match.

Was expecting a mediocre tourist spot but the burgers were great. The blue cheese on the Wipeout burger was excellent as were the sweet potato fries

Best pizza I ever tried in my life (and ¡I’m from Argentina!). Nachos portion is huge. Margarita is great too. Plates didn’t make it to the picture😂

Excellent and lightning fast service. The quality of food surpassed any expectations I had. An unusually great place for such a touristy place. The bacon and cheese burger is a great option for when you're not into seafood.

We came here very hungry after our flight here . Halfway through our meal my boyfriend notices something moving across the room. It’s a RAT!!! We mention it to the first waiter that comes by us he mentions it to management . That was it . Literally .So good luck picking this place for any kind of food or drink . Hope this helps .

Great Food and the atmosphere is welcoming. Tourist driven prices but not outrageous. Drinks are mixed perfectly and the food is consistently made as ordered and was delicious. . Woukd given five stars but one or two employees could work on their hospitaly.

I went there and it was busy but that was expected this with the Blue Angels in town. I had only a 15 minute wait but was seated at a table that was attached to another. It was moved apart but literally two inches. The waiter then got confused, after sitting us there, and kept mistaking that we were all together. He also took the other groups order and brought them they food and drinks and I wasn’t even helped yet. So I decided to just get food to go. I went up to the bar and stood there waiting for awhile but was not helped so I went to the side of the bar. Only to be told that I couldn’t stand there and that I had to stand back by the bar where I wasn’t seen. Finally someone told me about the take out window and I went over there but the service was horrible so I decided to leave

Came in, took a look at their menu and thought to myself that it looked like Pier 39 San Francisco prices so I was expecting tiny portions. But I was pleasantly surprised that the serving portions were more than decent. The flavors were rich and service was great. Truly one of the better dining options at a spot with very high tourist foot traffic in San Francisco. Highly recommended.

We were greeted and sat immediately. Our server, Mendoza, was attentive and friendly! We ordered chili fries for an appetizer and it arrived so fast. It was hot and delicious. The food and drinks flowed without any problems. I highly recommend giving it a try! Amazing atmosphere, delicious food, great service and military discount! Can’t go wrong!

Pretty basic American fare, everything was mediocre. Service was fast, huge menu, good beer selection. Bathrooms we're nice but not many stalls. They really focus on getting you in, fed, and out. None of my family had complaints about their meals but felt they were all kind of eh... Okay but not great.

First time here and it was great. Food was really good! Service was good! There is a line but you get seated fast! The burgers were amazing. Highly recommend. A+

Grabbed a quick drink while waiting for a friend to join us for lunch. The bartender was not engaged, which was disappointing given that the location is in a tourist area. Tried the pomegranate margarita, which was average. Atmosphere is cool... feels a little like being at the beach while in San Fran.

Yesss!! This place we loved! It was so busy, but we didn’t mind because our seat was perfect! Food wS great and we loved the decor.

One of the first things I do when I go to San Francisco is visit this place. The service is always great, the food is amazing! Very clean, great price. Definitely a must!

Not sure if this was a 3* or 4* for us, but sided with the less favourable option.We called in for a quick drink and something to eat for lunch. We opted for the chilli cheese dog and chicken tacos, whilst the dog was fine unfortunately the latter was not that warm and lacked flavour.Service was OK and a couple of Coronas helped ease the slight disappointment.It's a good spot in tourist central (target market) and priced accordingly. As expected, it's the sort of standard that gets by with constant passing trade and doesn't need to rely on returning traffic. We'd eat elsewhere next time. There are much better places nearby.

Was good food and service, but make sure to read your bill.. They add a 5% health insurance charge to your bill... Adjust your tip accordingly.

The food here was okay. The pizza had little to no taste, especially the crust. Also, the water had a weird taste. The other items looked good so I should have got a different item. The service was great but the waiting time was too long. In total, it was an okay experience.

Five stars all day!!! The food was fresh and hot. Our server Olivia was great! The portions are great especially for being by the pier. For 2 people it was $40 so the price is cheap for being the pier because everything on the pier is overpriced. Definitely coming back!!!

Food was good! Our waiter Don was awesome. Highly encourage anyone to drop by and eat. We had all kinds of different things and it was worth it!

The service is awesome here; food came out real fast, and staff checked in regularly. The food was good, and I'll note that the kids meals were huge.Also, I really like the way their bathrooms are set up; there's one big counter/mirror area and several unisex, fully-enclosed stalls (with changing tables!). For all I know, it's a San Fran thing, but I've never seen it this way. I bet it's refreshing if you're trans, NB, etc.

Cool, bustling eatery. Fun, surfing themed decor and loud music. Food was really nice and served by a smiling waitress. Buffalo wings starter and built my own pizza for main. Great choices on the menu for both food and drink. Great place!

Been here several times now and have to say it a lovley chilled out spot right at the front of pier 39. The service is excellent, Natasha behind the bar is top class she has great personality and excellent customer service. The restaurant is large and spacious with a great view of the bay. The menu is fantastic and the drinks menus has good choice. Highly recommended. See photos.

I ordered a pizza and they gave it to me when all my friends were done eating. There were mysterious burnt toppings and they also double charged me. They didn't refill my water, and the waiters ignored you.

I asked them to charge my power bank giving my own charger, then they offered me their power bank. I used it to charge my phone. Once I got my bill, they charged me $50 for phone charger! This is unbelievable.When I complained, then the guy said if I return the power bank, then he will remove that $50 from my bill. Why wouldn't you just inform me that you will deposit $50 when you gave me that power bank. I felt like they tried to take my moneyIf I didn't ask about that stupid $50 for charger on my bill, they would just take my money.

Friendly staff and great food! Good place to visit. Music was a bit loud but not bad :)

This is one (maybe the only one) of the restaurants at Pier 39 whose clam chowder doesn’t have bacon. My fiancé and I don’t eat pork or beef, so this was hard for us to find and were so happy we found it at Wipeout. We also had the coconut shrimp. Both the soup (bread bowl) and the shrimp were great. Service was also great and the atmosphere at the Pier is just lovely. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I were in San Francisco 2 weeks ago and tried Wipeout. It was great. The food and drinks were good, but the best part was our server, Michael. He was amazing. He was attentive, made good conversation, made us laugh and was just an overall great waiter.

Lovely place to be, the lady that served us cocktails really made my 50th Birthday celebrations special, even gave me a lovely dessert🤩 Only downside was the barman who followed us out and asked one of my guests for $20 saying we were short in our bill payment. The money for that payment was all there and had been checked twice🤷‍♀️... Just feel it should have been checked in front of us on the premises...

We had dinner there in first night in San Francisco. We sat outside and people watched while enjoying our beer waiting for dinner. Service fantastic. We liked it so much we returned the next day for a late breakfast. Lots of variety and food delicious. Will definitely return next time we are in San Francisco

I got the combination fried seafood combo. It came with fried cod, calamari, coconut shrimp, fries, and coleslaw. The cod was okay and so was the shrimp but the calamari was very disappointing. I'd give it another shot but will try something else on the menu. Just thought I would do seafood since it's at the wharf.

Awesome place to eat. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Food is excellent and so is the service. Wife had Baja fish tacos, daughter had grilled chicken burrito and I had a burger. The waiter took away 3 empty plates. And we left with 3 full/overfull stomachs.

Loved the tacos. The view is great and the overall atmosphere was nice. Also had great service, wish I could remember her name.

We sat on the patio to enjoy some drinks, fresh sea food, and hotdogs. The location is great at the beginning of the popular pier 39. We stopped in on Christmas day, and we were able to enjoy the lighting up of the Christmas tree from our table. Our server was very attentive, and staff seemed very upbeat.

Really good, what you would expect, leaning more to the fast food side of things however really good. The atmosphere is busy which is fun and staff are really nice. I had tacos which were really yummy and a cocktail that was equally as good. Would definitely go back for the quality and price point.

Such a cool Atmosphere and the whole theme of surfing and the shark, the whole California feel is incredible. Our server was so friendly and helpful and did very well. Our food was very good. Thank you Wipeout Bar and grill. 5 stars for you all

The Food was great, service was great. After a big day of walking around San Francisco, this definitely filled us up before we hit the hay.

Good food, really good calamari and there strawberry lemonade is really sweet as well highly recommend getting that as a drink
